As used in this chapter, \"governmental entity\" means:\n(1) the state (as defined in IC 22-6-6-7);\n(2) a county;\n(3) a municipality (as defined in IC 36-1-2-11);\n(4) a township (as defined in IC 36-1-2-22);\n(5) a redevelopment commission;\n(6) a community development corporation (as defined in IC 4-4-28-2); and\n(7) a public-private entity created by any form of government.","path":["TITLE 5.
