(a) This section does not apply to a political subdivision.\n(b) A governmental body purchasing paper products shall purchase recycled paper products if all of the following apply:\n(1) Recycled paper products are available at the time of a purchase.\n(2) It is economically feasible to purchase recycled paper products.\n(3) The purchase of recycled paper products is not inappropriate because of:\n(A) federal regulations or policy in matters involving the federal government; or\n(B) the special requirements of scientific uses.","path":["TITLE 5.
