The center shall establish an information file on all state agency permit requirements that affect business activities in Indiana. The center shall:\n(1) develop methods for maintaining, updating, and providing ready access to the information file;\n(2) use the information file to provide comprehensive information concerning permit requirements affecting business activities; and\n(3) use the information file to provide the Indiana archives and records administration with information that will enable the administration to consolidate, simplify, expedite, or otherwise improve permit procedures.","path":["TITLE 5.
