Not later than October 1, 2024, and not later than October 1 of each year thereafter, the corporation shall submit to the executive director of the legislative services agency, for distribution to the members of the general assembly, a report regarding funds dedicated to supporting child care under:\n(1) the regional economic acceleration and development initiative (READI) under IC 5-28-41; and\n(2) the CHIPS Act of 2022 (P.L. 117-167, 136 Stat. 1366).\nThe corporation's report under this section must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 5.
