As used in this chapter, \"governmental body\" means any of the following:\n(1) A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1).\n(2) The legislative department of state government.\n(3) The judicial department of state government.\n(4) A political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13).\n(5) A state educational institution.\n(6) An instrumentality of the state that performs essential governmental functions.\n(7) The state lottery commission created by IC 4-30-3-1.","path":["TITLE 5.
