The entity may include:\n(1) the design-builder; and\n(2) a person who:\n(A) subcontracts with the design-builder;\n(B) is a partner of the design-builder;\n(C) enters into a joint venture with the design-builder; and\n(D) performs work under a design-build contract.","path":["TITLE 5.
