A person may not hold an office within Indiana, either by election or appointment, if the person has been convicted of:\n(1) evading the Selective Service Act (50 App. U.S.C. 451-473);\n(2) engaging in conspiracy or an attempt to defraud the government of the United States;\n(3) seditious utterances in violation of the laws of the United States; or\n(4) any other crime against the laws of the United States where the sentence imposed exceeded six (6) months.","path":["TITLE 5.
