As used in this chapter, \"county voter registration office\" means the following:\n(1) A board of registration established under IC 3-7-12 or by a county executive acting under IC 3-7-12.\n(2) A board of elections and registration (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-12).\n(3) The office of the circuit court clerk of a county in which a board has not been established as described in subdivision (1) or (2).","path":["TITLE 6.
