A designating body may establish a committee to:\n(1) review and approve a qualifying farmer's application;\n(2) conduct hearings;\n(3) monitor the development of an urban agricultural zone; and\n(4) conduct meetings or business as necessary to carry out this chapter.\nA committee established under this section is a public agency (as defined in IC 5-14-1.5-2) and must conduct its business in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5.","path":["TITLE 6.
