The auditor of a county (or the fiscal officer of a municipality in the case of a local income tax imposed under IC 6-3.6-6-22) shall record all votes taken on ordinances presented for a vote under this article and not more than ten (10) days after the vote, send a certified copy of the results to:\n(1) the commissioner of the department of state revenue; and\n(2) the commissioner of the department of local government finance;\nin an electronic format approved by the commissioner of the department of local government finance.","path":["TITLE 6.
