The department:\n(1) may revoke or suspend a license issued under this chapter for any violation of this chapter, IC 6-7-1-18, or IC 24-3-5.4-17 by the licensee; and\n(2) may not issue a license under this chapter to an applicant within six (6) months after the revocation of that applicant's license.","path":["TITLE 6.
