(a) On or before November 1 of each year, the department must submit a report to the interim study committee on roads and transportation established by IC 2-5-1.3-4.\n(b) The report described in subsection (a) must:\n(1) be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6; and\n(2) contain information concerning pilot program activity during the preceding state fiscal year.","path":["TITLE 6.
