(a) This section applies to any building:\n(1) constructed or remodeled with money from:\n(A) the tourism capital improvement fund; or\n(B) the convention and visitor promotion fund; and\n(2) used by the county convention and visitor commission.\n(b) A structure must be open for use by the members of the public for public or private events, including catered events, under uniform and nondiscriminatory policies established by the commission.","path":["TITLE 6.
