The term \"adulterated alcoholic beverage\" means:\n(a) An alcoholic beverage that contains an ingredient prohibited by law or by a rule or regulation of the commission;\n(b) An alcoholic beverage possessed, kept or offered for sale, or sold, which does not correspond substantially to the analysis, brand, or formula which has been registered with the commission; or,\n(c) An alcoholic beverage whose analysis or formula is required to be registered with the commission and is not registered.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
