{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-7.1-1-3-33.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 7.1-1-3-33.5","heading":"\"Qualified container\"","body":"Sec. 33.5. \"Qualified container\" means a new, clean, sealable container that is for the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises, that:\n(1) has a liquid capacity of not more than four (4) quarts; and\n(2) after the container is filled, is sealed with a device or material that is used to fully close off the container securely without any perforations or straw holes.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
