{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-7.1-1-3-45.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 7.1-1-3-45.5","heading":"\"Specialty or gourmet market\"","body":"Sec. 45.5. \"Specialty or gourmet market\" means a market that:\n(1) holds a beer retailer's permit under IC 7.1-3-4 and wine retailer's permit under IC 7.1-3-14;\n(2) is engaged in the retail sale of miscellaneous specialty foods for consumption on and off the premises, including:\n(A) deli meat;\n(B) fruits and vegetables;\n(C) gourmet cheese;\n(D) pasta and noodles;\n(E) herbs, spices, and olive oil; and\n(F) specialty wines; and\n(3) is not engaged in the retail sale of automotive fuel.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
