The term does not include:\n(1) a facility to which IC 7.1-3-1-25(a) applies;\n(2) a tract that contains a premises described in IC 7.1-3-1-14(d)(2); or\n(3) a facility primarily used for professional competition.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
