The term \"hard cider\" means an alcoholic beverage that:\n(1) is made from the normal alcoholic fermentation of the juice of sound, ripe apples; and\n(2) contains at least one-half of one percent (0.5%) of alcohol by volume and not more than seven percent (7%) of alcohol by volume.\nThe term includes flavored, sparkling, or carbonated cider and cider made from condensed apple.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
