The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:\n(1) \"Accredited hospitality management program\" means a hospitality management program that is:\n(A) accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration or a similar nationally recognized accrediting organization; and\n(B) offered by a state educational institution.\n(2) \"State educational institution\" has the meaning set forth in IC 21-7-13-32.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
