(a) The commission may issue a gaming site permit to a person who has been issued:\n(1) a riverboat owner's license under IC 4-33-6;\n(2) an operating agent contract under IC 4-33-6.5; or\n(3) a gambling game license under IC 4-35;\nto sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only. The permit may be a single permit even though more than one (1) area constitutes the licensed premises of the permit.\n(b) A permit issued under this chapter to a person who has been issued a riverboat owner's license or an operating agent contract (as defined in IC 4-33-2-14.6) may be used:\n(1) on the riverboat; and\n(2) in a restaurant owned by the person who has been issued a riverboat owner's license or an operating agent contract (as defined in IC 4-33-2-14.6) if the restaurant is located on property adjacent to the property used by the riverboat for docking purposes.\n(c) A permit issued under this chapter to a person who has been issued a gambling game license under IC 4-35 may be used at a slot machine facility licensed under IC 4-35.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
