(a) A certificate issued by the commission under this chapter must contain the following information:\n(1) The certificate number.\n(2) The certificate holder's name.\n(3) The permanent location of the business or vending machine for which the certificate is issued.\n(4) The expiration date of the certificate.\n(b) A retail tobacco sales certificate is:\n(1) valid for three (3) years after the date of issuance, unless the commission suspends the retail tobacco sales certificate; and\n(2) nontransferable.\n(c) A wholesale tobacco sales certificate:\n(1) is valid for one (1) year after the date of issuance, unless the commission suspends the wholesale tobacco sales certificate;\n(2) is nontransferable; and\n(3) may be issued:\n(A) in conjunction with a tobacco sales certificate; or\n(B) for the same location for which a tobacco sales certificate has been issued;\nif the operation of each certificate occurs separately within a distinct area on the premises.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
