(a) The commission may issue a one-way, two-way, or three-way permit to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only to an applicant who is the owner of an indoor theater that:\n(1) is located in a city having a population of more than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) and less than five hundred thousand (500,000); and\n(2) has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places maintained under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.\nA permit issued under this subsection may not be transferred and is subject to the quota requirements of IC 7.1-3-22-3.\n(b) The commission may issue a three-way permit to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only to an applicant who is the owner of an indoor theater that is:\n(1) located in a city having a population of more than eighteen thousand (18,000) and less than twenty thousand (20,000); and\n(2) listed in the National Register of Historic Places maintained under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, as part of a national historic district.\nA permit issued under this subsection may not be transferred and is not subject to the quota requirements of IC 7.1-3-22-3.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
