(a) This section applies to the holder of a vendor's permit that owns in whole or in part:\n(1) a retailer's permit described in section 30(c) of this chapter; and\n(2) one (1) of the following:\n(A) A brewer's permit described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5).\n(B) A farm winery permit described in IC 7.1-3-12-3.\n(C) An artisan distiller's permit described in IC 7.1-3-27.\n(b) The definitions in sections 29 and 30 of this chapter apply to this section.\n(c) A holder of a vendor's permit may sell for carryout at the premises for which the retailer's permit was issued:\n(1) beer manufactured under the brewer's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a one-, two-, or three-way retailer's permit;\n(2) wine manufactured under the farm winery permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a two- or three-way retailer's permit; or\n(3) liquor manufactured under the artisan distiller's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a three-way retailer's permit.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
