(a) A stadium may:\n(1) submit a floor plan of proposed storage locations to the commission for approval; and\n(2) indicate the primary concessionaire operating at the stadium;\nif a stadium intends to allow alcoholic beverages to be stored at the stadium for use by a supplemental caterer operating at the stadium.\n(b) The stadium may change the primary concessionaire operating at the stadium with notification to the commission.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
