If a designated permittee in a refreshment area includes outdoor dining:\n(1) the designated permittee may serve alcoholic beverages in open containers during the hours of operation and in the areas authorized by the retailer permit;\n(2) glass containers may be allowed in the outdoor dining areas but may not be removed from those areas into the refreshment area; and\n(3) no fencing or other enclosure of the outdoor dining area is required.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
