(a) A qualified organization may sell at auction an alcoholic beverage that is:\n(1) purchased from or received as a donation from a permittee or person described in section 5 of this chapter;\n(2) in sealed bottles or cases; and\n(3) for consumption off the premises only.\n(b) A donation:\n(1) from a permittee; and\n(2) to a qualified organization that is a permittee;\nis subject to the requirements set forth in IC 7.1-3-6.3.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
