A qualified organization may auction alcoholic beverages that are purchased by or donated to the qualified organization in sealed bottles or cases from:\n(1) a wholesaler permittee;\n(2) a retailer permittee;\n(3) a dealer permittee;\n(4) a farm winery permittee;\n(5) a brewer permittee for a brewery that manufactures an aggregate of not more than ninety thousand (90,000) barrels of beer in a calendar year for sale or distribution within Indiana;\n(6) an artisan distiller permittee; or\n(7) a person who is not a permittee.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
