(a) This chapter applies to an event held by a qualified organization:\n(1) under:\n(A) IC 7.1-3-6.1, at which donated alcoholic beverages are awarded as prizes; or\n(B) IC 7.1-3-6.2, at which donated alcoholic beverages are auctioned off;\nfor consumption off the premises; or\n(2) at which alcoholic beverages that are donated to the qualified organization are served and consumed on the premises during the event.\n(b) The requirements imposed by this chapter on a donation to a qualified organization that is a permittee do not apply if a donation is made to a qualified organization that is not a permittee.
