(a) It is unlawful for a person to manufacture for sale, bottle, insert into a container, sell, barter, import, transport, deliver, furnish, or possess, alcohol or alcoholic beverages, malt, malt syrup, malt extract, liquid malt or wort, for commercial purposes except as authorized in this title.\n(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class C infraction. However, the violation is a Class B misdemeanor if the person has a prior unrelated adjudication or conviction for a violation of this section within the previous five (5) years.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
