(a) The commission shall enforce this chapter.\n(b) This chapter may also be enforced by:\n(1) the Indiana department of health established by IC 16-19-1-1;\n(2) a local health department, as defined in IC 16-18-2-211;\n(3) a health and hospital corporation established by IC 16-22-8-6;\n(4) the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1; and\n(5) a law enforcement officer;\nin cooperation with the commission.\n(c) The commission, the Indiana department of health, a local health department, a health and hospital corporation, the department of homeland security, or a law enforcement officer may inspect premises that are subject to this chapter to ensure that the person responsible for the premises is in compliance with this chapter.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
