(a) Except as provided in section 6 of this chapter, it is unlawful for a person to sell, dispense, give away, furnish, or supply or serve to a person, an alcoholic beverage, from a container other than the original container in which the liquor was contained at the time it was purchased by the seller, dispenser, giver, or person serving it.\n(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
