(a) A:\n(1) proprietor of a drug store;\n(2) corporation holding:\n(A) an artisan distiller's permit;\n(B) a distiller's permit;\n(C) a brewer's permit;\n(D) a wholesaler's permit; or\n(E) a permit to retail or deal in alcoholic beverages; or\n(3) wholesale drug company or a person who is the proprietor of a wholesale drug company;\nmay not own or control or participate in the permit of a package liquor store, or in its business, or in its establishment.\n(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
