(a) It is unlawful for the holder of a permit of any type to sell an alcoholic beverage to a person who does not hold an appropriate permit under this title, unless the sale is the sale of an alcoholic beverage to a consumer or employee as expressly authorized in this title.\n(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 7.1.
