A rule that the commission adopts under section 3(g) of this chapter that is necessary to implement a state or federal statute, rule, or regulation is void sixty-one (61) days after the expiration of that statute, rule, or regulation, unless the commission makes a written finding prior to the sixty-first day that it is necessary to retain the rule.","path":["TITLE 8.
