(a) As used in this chapter, \"pipeline company\" means a person (as defined in IC 8-1-22.5-1(e)) that:\n(1) constructs; or\n(2) proposes to construct;\na pipeline.\n(b) The term includes any:\n(1) employee;\n(2) agent;\n(3) contractor;\n(4) subcontractor; or\n(5) other person;\nthat is employed by, or acts on behalf of, a pipeline company.","path":["TITLE 8.
