As used in this chapter, \"association\" means an organization that is:\n(1) formed in Indiana to provide for mutual receipt of notice of excavation or demolition for the organization's members;\n(2) known as the Indiana Underground Plant Protection Service (or its successor organization); and\n(3) accessed by dialing the abbreviated dialing code 811, as designated by the Federal Communications Commission as the nationwide toll free number to be used by state One Call systems.","path":["TITLE 8.
