The commission may issue orders under section 5 of this chapter if the commission finds either of the following:\n(1) The utility company has continued violations of:\n(A) law regulating the utility company after the commission has ordered compliance; or\n(B) commission orders.\n(2) The commission finds after a review conducted under section 3 of this chapter that the utility company has severe deficiencies that the utility company has failed to remedy.","path":["TITLE 8.
