As used in this chapter, \"permit authority\" means a unit, a board, a commission, or any other governing body that makes legislative or administrative decisions concerning the construction, installation, modification, or siting of wireless facilities or wireless support structures. The term does not include:\n(1) the Indiana department of transportation;\n(2) the Indiana finance authority;\n(3) the state or any of its agencies, departments, boards, commissions, authorities, or instrumentalities;\n(4) the director of the department of natural resources; or\n(5) a court or other judicial body that reviews decisions or rulings made by a permit authority.","path":["TITLE 8.
