(a) As used in this chapter, \"communications service\" refers to any of the following:\n(1) Telecommunications service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).\n(2) Information service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).\n(b) The term includes:\n(1) video service (as defined in IC 8-1-34-14);\n(2) broadband service;\n(3) advanced services (as defined in 47 CFR 51.5); and\n(4) Internet Protocol enabled services;\nhowever classified by the Federal Communications Commission.","path":["TITLE 8.
