(a) As used in this chapter, \"permit authority\" means:\n(1) a unit; or\n(2) a board, a commission, or any other governing body of a unit;\nthat makes legislative or administrative decisions concerning the permitting, construction, installation, siting, modification, operation, or decommissioning of CSE systems in the unit.\n(b) The term does not include:\n(1) the state or any of its agencies, departments, boards, commissions, authorities, or instrumentalities; or\n(2) a court or other judicial body that reviews decisions or rulings made by a permit authority.","path":["TITLE 8.
