(a) As used in this chapter, \"acquisition\" means a project or an arrangement that is undertaken:\n(1) by an energy utility to construct, purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire a generation resource; and\n(2) in accordance with an approved EGR plan.\n(b) The term includes the purchase of energy or capacity through a power purchase agreement.","path":["TITLE 8.
