(a) As used in this chapter, \"compliance project\" means a project:\n(1) undertaken by an energy utility; and\n(2) related to the direct or indirect compliance by the energy utility with one (1) or more federally mandated requirements.\n(b) The term includes:\n(1) an addition; or\n(2) an integrity, enhancement, or a replacement project;\nundertaken by an energy utility to comply with a federally mandated requirement described in section 5(5) of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 8.
