For purposes of section 3 of this chapter, a utility service board that:\n(1) was established before January 1, 1983, under IC 8-1-2-100 (before its repeal and formerly Acts 1913, c.76, s.109, as amended);\n(2) has continued in existence without interruption since its creation; and\n(3) was established without submitting the question of its creation to the voters of the municipality for approval in a referendum;\nis legalized and its actions validated.","path":["TITLE 8.
