(a) The board may purchase, sell, and advertise, for the purpose of sale, load building appliances.\n(b) Load building appliances shall be designed to be used in:\n(1) the consumption of the products; or\n(2) the use of the services;\nthat the utility furnishes or is equipped to furnish to its customers.","path":["TITLE 8.
