This section applies to a municipality that:\n(1) after December 31, 2012, adopts a regulatory ordinance that establishes a service territory that is smaller than the regulated territory; and\n(2) either:\n(A) amends the ordinance described in subdivision (1); or\n(B) adopts a new ordinance;\nto establish a service territory that is larger than the service territory described in subdivision (1).\nBefore an ordinance described in subdivision (2) may take effect, the municipality shall submit the ordinance to the commission for approval under section 9 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 8.
