(a) As used in this section, \"Indiana port commission\" means the Indiana port commission established by section 3 of this chapter, as in effect before March 19, 2008.\n(b) As used in this section, \"ports of Indiana\" means the ports of Indiana established by section 3 of this chapter, as amended by P.L.98-2008.\n(c) After June 30, 2008, a reference to the Indiana port commission in a statute, a rule, or another document is considered a reference to the ports of Indiana, as the successor entity.","path":["TITLE 8.
