As used in this chapter, \"local bridge\" means a structure that:\n(1) is designed to carry vehicular traffic over or under an obstacle to the normal flow of traffic, including any grade separation, culvert, or approach to a bridge; and\n(2) is located on a public road in a county highway system that is not part of the federally aided highway system.","path":["TITLE 8.
