This chapter applies only to the following counties:\n(1) A county having a population of more than thirty-four thousand four hundred (34,400) and less than thirty-five thousand (35,000).\n(2) A county having a population of more than forty thousand (40,000) and less than forty-three thousand (43,000).\n(3) A county having a population of more than one hundred twelve thousand (112,000) and less than one hundred twenty thousand (120,000).\n(4) A county having a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000).\n(5) A county having a population of more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000).\n(6) A county having a population of more than one hundred seventy thousand (170,000) and less than one hundred seventy-four thousand (174,000).\n(7) A county having a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) and less than seven hundred thousand (700,000).","path":["TITLE 8.
