{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-8-14.5-2-9","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 8-14.5-2-9","heading":"Project","body":"Sec. 9. \"Project\" means any:\n(1) express highway;\n(2) superhighway;\n(3) state highway;\n(4) public highway;\n(5) road;\n(6) street;\n(7) motorway;\n(8) bridge;\n(9) tunnel;\n(10) overpass;\n(11) underpass;\n(12) interchange;\n(13) entrance;\n(14) approach; or\n(15) other public way;\nthat the authority considers necessary or desirable for the operation of transportation systems. \"Project\" includes all land, rights-of-way, property, rights, easements, materials, and legal or equitable interests that may be acquired by the authority for the construction of the project.","path":["TITLE 8.
