{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-8-15-3-2.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 8-15-3-2.5","heading":"\"Operator\"","body":"Sec. 2.5. \"Operator\" refers to one (1) or more private individuals or entities that enter into a public-private agreement to do one (1) or more of the following with respect to one (1) or more tollways:\n(1) Planning.\n(2) Design.\n(3) Development.\n(4) Construction.\n(5) Reconstruction.\n(6) Maintenance.\n(7) Repair.\n(8) Financing.\n(9) Operation.\nA public entity may provide services to an operator as a subcontractor or subconsultant without affecting the private status of the operator and the entity's or operator's ability to enter into a public-private agreement.","path":["TITLE 8.
